After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2003, Thien joined the Royal Australian Army as a dental officer. For over a decade, Major Thien Pham served across remote Australia and on humanitarian missions overseas — treating people who had never seen a dentist. He earned his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, completed post-graduate training in oral surgery and IV sedation, and developed a deep conviction that everyone deserves gentle, accessible dental care.
In Darwin, he found his home. Compass Dental Care was built on a simple idea: be the kind of dentist you'd want for your own family.
